Salem Property Managers, Inc. (SPMI) was created in 1996 to manage the rental properties developed by SHCDC.
SPMI currently manages a total of 148 residential housing units and four commercial spaces, all located in the Salem Point neighborhood. Residents in our developments can enjoy all that Salem has to offer such as the nearby shops, dining and museums in a city rich with history.
The management portfolio includes Salem Point L. P., Lafayette Housing and Salem Point Rental Properties. All three properties are affordable and rents and occupancy are regulated by a variety of state and federal programs.
SHCDC has provided quality housing and property management services for low and moderate income families for more than 25 years. The strong reputation that SPMI has earned in the management of the properties is a direct result of the commitment of our staff to provide quality services.
