The units at Palmer Cove are in the process of coversion to rental occupancy. Each unit has been reserved for households who participated in a tenant selection process that was completed in October of 2007. Since there is a delay in the conversion to rental, units that have been reserved may become available. Type B: Three Bedroom Townhouse - 1,489 sq. ft.
Type C: Two Bedroom (HC Adaptable) - 1,113 sq. ft.
Type D: Two Bedroom - 1,156 sq. ft.
